I am absolutely passionate about food, restaurants, marketing and connecting people. I have been in the hospitality industry for a number of years and have been extremely lucky to work in some of the most iconic 5 star luxury hotels and venues across the world.
It has been a dream to work alongside some key industry talents, including award winning Michelin Star chef's,
world renowned bartenders, superior sommeliers and exceptional restaurant managers and business owners.
Part of this journey took me to Papua New Guinea (PNG) for almost 3 years, where I created the countries first ever pop-up restaurant with huge success.
